► Auris Gestion is an independent asset management company, created in 2004. Free-spirited and entrepreneurial, Auris offers their clients a disciplined, yet human, asset management experience that is sustainable over the long-term. Auris’s two areas of expertise are wealth management and collective management. With several billion euros under management, Auris splits its activity between a multitude of investment funds and more than 2,000 private investors. Their two international offices are in Switzerland and Mauritius.

Project concerns and specificities
Created in 2004, Auris Gestion has become a leading independent player in the investment management sector in France, both for wealth management and fund management. Rapidly expanding both internally and externally, we wanted to completely overhaul our information system in order to meet our automation and digitalization challenges.
Until now, we benefitted from an in-house solution specifically designed to meet our expectations and usability challenges. The complexity of our situation was that the chosen solution, in addition to its new features compared to our personal solution but despite restrictions as a standard solution, ultimately be seen as an undeniable improvement for all our users, including our portfolio managers, who are most familiar with the user interface of the previous solution.
The goal was thus to find a complete and scalable solution that would meet the needs of each team member across all our activities. We therefore established a task group composed of business sponsors, IT representatives and top management to identify the solution that could address these challenges, namely:
Consolidating our information system and our processes for fund management and wealth management into a single solution
Possessing a scalable and evolutive solution, capable of keeping up with our ambitions for internal and external growth
Maintaining maximum autonomy in the configuration of the solution (compliance, reporting, imports, portfolio onboarding, etc.)
Improving the user experience and increasing usage of the solution with intuitive and customizable usability
Benefitting from digital solutions hosted in a secure SaaS environment
Specificities and points of differentiation
In addition to meeting our challenges and Front-to-Back needs, the chosen solution had to be able to connect to our entire ecosystem (numerous custodians, market data feeds, trading tables, API REST, etc.) and to provide our end customers with a complete digital experience through a secure client web portal, online forms, and electronic signature.
After an in-depth study of market solutions, JUMP proved to meet all our needs with a pricing approach and solution adapted to our ambitious human-sized structure.
